Indictments name 13

A total of 13 people were named Tuesday in indictments handed up by a Logan County grand jury.

Named were:

• Patrick A. Biddle, 28, of Georgetown, Ky.: trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs, fourth-degree felonies;

• Richard Stoneburner, 41, of 228 E. Aiken St., Russells Point: trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony;

• Justin L. Reilley, 18, of 1190 County Road 87, Lot 32, Lakeview: burglary, a second-degree felony; arson, a fourth-degree felony; theft, a third-degree felony;

• Stephanie A. Miller, 26, of 718 Grand Ave., Russells Point: trafficking in marijuana, a fourth-degree felony;

• David E. Mathews, 48, of 4758 Napoleon St., Huntsville: four counts of weapons under disability, third-degree felonies, and possession of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony;

• Christopher P. Yaeger, 32, of Jackson Center: breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and weapons under disability and theft of a firearm third-degree felonies;

• Shawn K.J. Clem, 26, of 220 Grant Ave.: aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony;

• Donald T. Hill, 23, of Kenton: complicity to robbery, a second-degree felony;

• Michael D. Hill, 19, of West Union: robbery, a second-degree felony and possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;

• Emily J. Stidham, 34, of Urbana: possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony;


• Charles L. Rasnick, 31, of 311 Belle Meadows Drive: possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of drugs, a first-degree misdemeanor;

• Vencil W. Medley II, 32, of Mt. Victory: robbery, a third-degree felony; and

• Brandon A. Risner, 18, of 5913 State Route 274, Rushsylvania: safecracking and theft, fourth-degree felonies.

Judge hands out sentences

The following people were sentenced or placed in local programs during appearances before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor.

• Teka Hoberty, 41, of Lakeview: five years’ probation, fined $250, attorney fees and courts costs for theft;

• Sarah Allen, 28, of Russells Point: intervention in lieu of conviction for theft. She must complete a treatment program through Consolidated Care Inc. and three years’ probation.
