Courthouse news Six people were sentenced Monday by Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark S. O’Connor. Two men, each who pleaded guilty to burglary, were sent to the West Central Community Based Correctional Institution. Zane Grandi, 19, of Russells Point, and Damon Sims Jr., 19, of Urbana, also were placed on five years of probation and ordered to pay $500, court costs and attorney fees. Bonner McCluskey, 45, of Findlay, was given 30 days in the Logan County Jail and five years’ probation for theft. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay attorney fees and restitution. Clyde Jordan, 38, of North Lewisburg, was placed on five years’ probation and ordered to attend counseling, pay restitution, a $500 fine, court costs and attorney fees for misuse of a credit card. Herbert Johnson, 34, of Lakeview, was given 30 days in jail for theft and fined $250 and ordered to pay attorney fees and court costs. Stephanie Barth, 29, of Dunkirk, who previously pleaded guilty to attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug, was given a sixth-month suspended sentence based on her good behavior. She was fined $250 and ordered to pay costs. Intervention granted Robin Jutras, 45, of Lima, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. She was ordered to complete counseling and placed on community control for three years. |
