Coat burglar strikes Indian Lake bars Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office cleared a string of coat thefts reported at two Indian Lake bars early Sunday. They responded to Froggy’s Bar, 11065 County Road 293, Lakeview, at about 12:30 a.m. where several patrons reported their coats were taken. Deputies then followed leads indicating the suspects went to Captain’s Pub, 305 E. Harrison St., Lakeview, where patrons reported their coats had also come up missing. The suspects, Jason Hazeltine, 29, and an uncharged man, were located at 704 State Route 708, Russells Point. Mr. Hazeltine reportedly admitted to taking the coats and took deputies to the site where he hid them. He was arrested on two counts of theft. Other charges A disorderly conduct charge was filed against Dan D. Demary, 47, of Dublin after deputies responded at 10 p.m. Sunday to 11091 Mohawk Path, Lakeview, on a report that the man had threatened to harm himself. • Brandi N. Clary, 25, of 4000 Alpine Valley Parkway, Lot G2, was arrested for assault after deputies responded to the home at about 8 a.m. Friday. She allegedly struck Nicole D. Martin, 19, of Russells Point, during an argument at the residence. Driving under suspension citations issued Foxi A. Carter, 25, of 8832 Franklin Ave., Lakeview, was arrested for driving under suspension after deputies saw her driving on U.S. Route 33 at County Road 57 at about 12:30 a.m. Monday. A license check indicated Ms. Carter was not allowed to drive. • A driving under suspension citation was issued to Ginger J. Foster, 48, of 8890 Township Road 239, Lot 41, after she lost control while turning from westbound U.S. Route 33 onto County Road 95 at about 5:30 p.m. Friday. She struck a stop sign, causing light damage to her vehicle. |
