Three face charges

A Lakeview man who pleaded early this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court for work release privileges was arrested on an escape charge Wednesday after deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office learned he had been terminated Saturday from his job.

Roger West Jr., 29, of 9027 Maple St., was located at a 9635 Orchard Drive, Lakeview, residence at about 5:30 p.m. and returned to the jail, deputies report.

He was serving a 30-day sentence in the Logan County Jail for a felony illegal processing of drug documents charge.

• Angel R. Baun, 34, of 235 S. Oak St., Lakeview, was issued a summons Wednesday for littering for allegedly dumping trash at the Lakeview Recycling Center on Jan. 30. Deputies located her after finding papers with her personal information in the trash.

• Angela M. Jutte, 15, of 6204 County Road 35, Lewistown, was charged with delinquency disorderly conduct and inducing panic charges after an incident at 11 p.m. Tuesday at her residence.
