Blaine Michael Morris, 13, of Belle Center, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at his home.
He was born Feb. 29, 2004, in Lima, a son of Quinn Douglas and Nichole Duprey Morris, who survive in Belle Center.
He is also survived by his brother, Bryden Morris at home; maternal grandparents, Howard and Cathy Duprey of McGuffey; paternal grandparents, Doug and Gloria Morris of DeGraff; maternal great-grandmothers, Bonnie Bolen of McGuffey and Esther Duprey of Bluffton; aunts and uncles, Danielle and Eric Klaus and Nikki (Brian) Morris, all of Lima; cousins, Landyn Klaus, Ashley Music and Spencer Klaus; and many other aunts, uncles and friends.
Blaine is preceded in death by great-grandparents, William and Stella Craft, Curtis Bolen and Wayne Duprey.
Blaine was an 8th grade student athlete at Benjamin Logan Middle School, where he played football, ran track and was a great student who loved to read. He also enjoyed camping, hunting, playing his Xbox, playing in the fort at Nan and Pop’s house and his two dogs, Buster and Zeus. His favorite things to do included going on family trips and vacations and spending time with his brother.
Calling is from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, in the Fellowship Hall of the Belle Center United Methodist Church, 202 E. Main St., Belle Center, where Pastor Kevin Smith officiates a funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, in the church sanctuary. Burial follows in Huntsville Cemetery.
