He worked at Carter Steel and was a decorated Army veteran of the Korean War. A man that fought for our country, he received the purple heart, raised a family and stayed married for 60 years, was a husband, brother, dad, grandpa and friend and at times a little kid. You will forever be in our hearts, we will never forget you as we walk across this bridge that nobody puts ropes on.
