Karen “Kay” Eileen Morgan, 66, of Bellefontaine, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013, at her residence.
She was born in Bellefontaine on March 8, 1947, a daughter of the late Clark E. and Betty Jane Garver Sheeley. She also was preceded in death by a brother, Clark Sheeley.
On Sept. 2, 1978, she married Danny Alan Morgan in Huntsville and he survives in Bellefontaine, along with a son, Charles (Beth) Ragland of Bellefontaine; stepson, John A. (Melanie) Morgan of Bellefontaine; stepdaughter, Neoma Price of Bellefontaine; stepgrandchildren, Curtis Morgan, Jonathon Morgan, Tierra Morgan, Dani Miller, Cody Jarrett and Dustin Jarrett; great-stepgrandchild, Landyn Zayne Jarrett; and a cousin, Sharon Maxwell, who was a very dedicated cousin and friend.
She retired as an assembler with Siemens and worked at Morgan Tool and Die. She was an avid golfer and longtime member of VFW Post 1080 Ladies Auxiliary, Bellefontaine.
Burial is in Huntsville Cemetery at a later date.
