Annalee Vance, 81, of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday, March 22, 2013, at Mary Rutan Hospital.
She was born in Terre Haute on Oct. 12, 1931, a daughter of the late Forest and Thelma Galbraith Crabtree. She also was preceded in death by brothers, Holland, Harold “Glenn” and Charles; and sisters, Marguerite, Imogene and Jenny.
Survivors include her sons, Michael Vance and Robert (Deborah) Vance; sisters, Libby Timmons and Lynda Parker; brothers, Donald, William “Billy” and Gerald Crabtree; eight grandchildren, Angie, April, Robert Jr., Scott, Elizabeth, Elayna, Josie and Casey; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Vance was retired from medical records and retail sales. She enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family and looked forward to her July 4 family reunions.
Pastor Gene Marine conducts a memorial service at 1 p.m. Thursday at Jennings Farley Funeral Home, West Liberty, where visitation is two hours prior. A reception follows in the funeral home cafe reception area.
