Tiana Flor Monterroza, 9-day-old daughter of Rene and Cassandra Fraber Monterroza of Bellefontaine, passed away Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

Born on Oct. 16, 2012, in Bellefontaine, she also is survived by a brother, Rayiatt Monterroza of Bellefontaine; paternal grandfather, Herminio Monterroza of El Salvador; and maternal grandparents, Tony and Sue Fraber of Bellefontaine.

A private family graveside service is set Monday  in the Bellefontaine Cemetery.
