LaMarr B. McColly Lame, 90, of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.
Until recent years, she was an active volunteer at the Logan County Historical Society and had a passion for genealogy. She enjoyed dining at the local Fazoli’s restaurant and was known as “Grandma” to those who met her.
She was born Feb. 17, 1924, in North Lewisburg to the late Charles and Elsie McColly. She also was preceded in death by daughters, Rita Lame Lacher and Rena Lame Wischmeyer; son-in-law, Lowell Page and grandson, William Page.
She is survived by a son, R.B. Lame of North Lewisburg; a daughter, Sallie Hayes Page of Flagstaff, Ariz., two sons- in-law, Alan Wischmeyer of North Lewisburg and Jeffrey Lacher of Huntsville; two grandsons, Peter Page of Flagstaff, Ariz., and John-Henry "Hank" (Liz) Wischmeyer of North Lewisburg; three granddaughters: Katherine Lacher, Karilyn Lacher and Elizabeth Lacher, all of Columbus.
