David P. Kuhl


David P. Kuhl, 77, of West Liberty, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014 , at his residence.

Mr. Kuhl was born in Albany, N.Y., on June 8, 1937, to the late Theodore and Nancy Ferguson Kuhl. He also was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Richard Kuhl; a sister, Janet Kuhl Hays; and a brother, Theodore Richard Kuhl.

Survivors include his wife Gertrud; son, Andrew (Janeen) Kuhl; sister, Nancy Kuhl Miller; stepmother, Marie Wynn Kuhl; and two grandsons, Ian and Gideon Kuhl.

Mr. Kuhl served in the United States Army and was a member of the United States Military Liaison Mission. He was employed by Kraft Maid as a cabinet maker.

He was a member of the Oak Grove Mennonite Church and The Gideons International.

A Celebration of Life is at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at the Oak Grove Mennonite Church, 1525 Mennonite Church Road, West Liberty.
