Wayne Baughman, 67, of Portland, Ind., passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014, at his home.
He was born Dec. 5, 1946, a son of Glen and Laura F. Jennings Baughman.
On June 6, 1999, he married Pam Smith Bazzle and she survives, along with stepson, Theodore Davis II of Portland, Ind.; stepdaughter, Sarah Barton of Winchester, Ind.; two brothers, Warren (Diana) Baughman of Bellefontaine and Wendell (Paula) Baughman of Urbana; stepmother, Jacqualin Baughman of Bellefontaine; stepsister, Clara Greene of DeGraff; two stepbrothers, Mark Manahan and Richard Manahan, both of DeGraff; six stepgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was a member of the Bellefontaine Eagles Lodge, a Boy Scout leader, volunteer for the food pantry, avid Cleveland Browns and NASCAR fan, and loved trains and John Deere tractors.
A memorial service is from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the Bellefontaine First Church of God.
