Jolecia Marie Foulk, 15 months, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 11:07 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus.
She was born in Columbus on Jan. 4, 2013, to Kyle and Amber Sheriff Foulk, who survive, along with three siblings, Aundrea, 9, Kaiden, 6, and Jaylinn, 4; maternal grandparents, Gina and Dave Roth of Bellefontaine and Jim Sheriff III of DeGraff; paternal grandparents, Kenny and Teresa Foulk of Bellefontaine; maternal great-grandparents, Helen and Eldon Prater of Mt. Victory and Jim and Deb Sheriff of DeGraff; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Foulk of Bellefontaine; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandfather, Junior Foulk; and paternal great-grandmother, Opal Marshall.
Despite her congenital medical concerns, Jolecia was a fighter and still had a smile on her face.
Pastor Robin Ricks officiates a funeral at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home, 321 N. Main St., Bellefontaine, where visitation is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Burial is in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
