Phyllis Denise Faulder, 54, of Bellefontaine, passed away early Thursday morning, April 10, 2014.
Phyllis was born in Bellefontaine on May 8, 1959, to Phyllis May (Gerald Sr.) McGee Predmore, who survives in Marysville, and the late Harold L. Faulder Jr.
She is survived by five daughters, Amber Shaner Beach of Lakeview, Connie Shaner of Russells Point, Stacy Roberts and Lacie McNeal Smith, both of Urbana, and Erika Johnson of Bellefontaine; many grandchildren, including Kaylynn and Sierra Payne and Jacob Beach; and three brothers, Mark Faulder of Tucson, Ariz., John Faulder of St. Johns and Gerald Predmore of Rushsylvania.
Phyllis worked as dog warden for Logan County for many years. She enjoyed horses, wolves, fishing, watching NASCAR and riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
Her greatest love was for her family and her pets, especially her dog, Symon.
Visitation is two hours prior to a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Burial is at a later date in Huntsville Cemetery.
