Dinah Lynne Blair, 57, formerly of Bellefontaine, passed away Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014, at the Hamot Medical Center, Erie, Pa.
She was born in Bellefontaine on March 31, 1956, to the late James Smith and Minnie Belle Orahood Smith Jones. She also was preceded in death by her first husband, Gary Lee Jenkins; and a sister, Terri Jo Stinson.
She is survived by her husband, Paul Blair, whom she married on May 16, 1990, in Bellefontaine; two daughters, Becky Jenkins of Findlay and Michelle Blair of Erie, Pa.; a son, Travis (April) Jenkins of Bellefontaine; two foster children, Shelia (Michael) Romero of Kaplan, La., and Cory (Mary) Ames of Bellefontaine; three grandchildren, Garrett, Harleigh and Madylin Jenkins; her siblings, Brenda Fridley of Troy and Tracey (Vicki) Smith of Bellefontaine; and a brother-in-law, Michael Stinson of Kenton.
Dinah was a nurse’s aide and worked in home health care and worked as a STNA at Comfort Care.
She was a member of the First Church of God in Bellefontaine. She sold for Creative Circle and enjoyed needlepoint, facebook, Sudoku, scrapbooking and reading.
Pastor Ron Irick officiates a funeral at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine, where friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
