Troy A. Dugan, 50, of Ridgeway, died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, in a farming accident.
He was born in Bradenton, Fla., on June 23, 1963, to Harry T. Dugan and Judith R. Davis Heenan
On Aug. 8, 2000, he married Donna L. Woodruff and she survives in Ridgeway, along with two stepdaughters, Jade Williams of Ridgeway and Rachel Williams of Orlando, Fla.; father and stepmother, Harry T. and Keitha Dugan of Bellefontaine; mother and stepfather, Judith R. and Richard Dennis Heenan of Villages of Oriole, Fla.; sister, Amy (Andrew) Smith of Vero Beach, Fla.; brother, Kacy Channell of Vero Beach, Fla.; and four nieces, Shelby Smith, Hayley Smith, Alexis Channell and Dakota Channell.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David Dugan.
A celebration of life service is at 1 p.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Kenton, where visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday. Burial is at a later date.
Troy had been a farmer for the last three years and before that, was a builder in Florida.
