Vickie L. Lewis, 61, of Russells Point, passed away Thursday morning, Oct. 10, 2013, at her home.
Vickie was born in Dayton on July 10, 1952, to the late William Coy and Edna Mae Gerlaugh. She also was preceded in death by her stepfather, Robert Gerlaugh.
On Feb. 17, 1990, she married Gerald L. “Jerry” Lewis in Walton, Ky., and he survives, along with two daughters, Krista (Ryan) Wale of Dayton and Cathy (Dave) Werling of Huntsville; a son, Aaron (Jo) Krumer of Latonia Lakes, Ky.; 12 grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald (Lorraine) Coy of Washington Court House and Glenn Gerlaugh of Springfield; two sisters, Bobbi Cantrell of Park Lane and Tyra Daniels of Springfield; and an aunt, Phyllis Boyle of Fairborn.
Vickie was a homemaker who loved being with her family, and playing with her grandchildren. She was a 1970 graduate of Tecumseh High School and enjoyed crocheting and fishing.
Visitation is two hours prior to a funeral at 7 p.m. Monday at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview. Burial is in New Carlisle Cemetery at a later date.
