Shirley Ann Brink, 74, of Orchard Island, Lakeview, passed away Saturday morning, Sept. 7, 2013, at her home.
Shirley was born in Columbus on April 10, 1939, to the late Walter F. and Dorothy L. Hand Brink.
She is survived by her brother, Gary L. (Kathy) Brink of Lakeview; a niece, Danielle L. (Brian) Pfeister of Kenton; a nephew, Brian L. (Kim) Brink of Columbus; a great- niece and nephew; and many friends.
Shirley was a graduate of Linden McKinley High School in Columbus and a member of Indian Lake Community Church in Russells Point.
She retired from the State Teachers Retirement System, where she worked for 26 years.
Shirley enjoyed music, fishing, working on her computer and videography, and caring for her three cats.
Bethany Wallace leads a Celebration of Life at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Shoffstall Funeral Home, Lakeview, with visitation one hour prior. Inurnment is in Mifflin Cemetery, Gahanna, at a later date.
