Evelina “Evie” Ramirez Main, 64, of Belle Center, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2013, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.
She was born in Maple Grove on Oct. 22, 1948, to the late Pedro and Marjorie Groman Ramirez. She also was preceded in death by a son, John P. Blust; a brother, Christopher D. Ramirez; and a brother-in-law, Harold Gosche.
On April 11, 1980, she married Stephen L. Main in Monroe, Mich., and he survives in Belle Center, along with a son, Charles J. (Tonya) Blust of Tiffin; four daughters, Michelle (Jim) Horsley of Bucyrus, Erica L. Main of West Liberty, Nichole R. (Sam) Perras of Walbridge and Stephanie (Ron) Hale of Sycamore; five grandchildren, Somer, Larry, Brittany, Tawny and Corey; one great-granddaughter Kylee; three brothers, Carlton (Judy) Ramirez of Arlington and Charles (Bonita) Ramirez and Gregory (Bonnie) Ramirez, both of Tiffin; a sister, Charlene Gosche of Tiffin; and a sister-in-law Donna.
A homemaker, Evie was a 1967 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School.
She enjoyed working on crafts, fishing and bird watching. She will be greatly missed by many.
The Rev. Joseph Szybka officiates a funeral at 1 p.m. Saturday at Lindsey-Olds Funeral Home, 3085 S. State Route 19, Bloomville, where visitation is two hours prior. Burial is at Greenlawn Cemetery, Tiffin.
