Kathryn Milroy Traino, 66, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013.
Born on July 26, 1946, in Bellefontaine, she was the oldest of four daughters born to James E. Milroy and LaVert Darity Milroy.
She graduated in the Class of 1964 from Bellefontaine High School, moving shortly thereafter to Harrisburg, Pa., where she raised three sons and owned and operated the beauty shop Mirror Mirror for many years.
She recently moved back to Huntsville when she retired.
Kathy’s love for animals, her spirited disposition, and her loving heart will be her legacy.
She is survived by sons, James F. Kramer of Tyrone, Pa., and Jon M. Kramer of Huntsville; granddaughters Julia, Madison and Alexandra; and sisters Marian (Chip) Schwartz of Dublin, Susan (James) Schrock of Sidney and Holley Milroy of Huntsville; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
Kathy was preceded in death by her son, Joseph A. Kramer, and her parents. Kathy has generously donated herself to medical research, and a private memorial is being planned.
The family is grateful for the dedicated care of Open Arms and Universal Home Health & Hospice Care.
