Ohio couple charged with manslaughter in heroin OD

 

CINCINNATI (AP) — A suburban Cincinnati couple has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in a woman's overdose death, the first time Hamilton County has gone after suspected dealers with such serious charges, a prosecutor said Tuesday.
