MANSFIELD, Ohio (AP) — Police in north-central Ohio say they're looking for a robber with an eye-catching weapon — a pink stun gun that was brandished at two stores in two days.
The Mansfield News Journal (http://ohne.ws/1vAJK4X ) reports someone wearing a ski mask and a leather jacket took money from a convenience store cash register while threatening a clerk with the stun gun early Tuesday. The next day, a similar robbery was attempted at a dollar store in Mansfield, which is roughly halfway between Cleveland and Columbus.
No one was hurt.
Police aren't releasing many details of the alleged crimes but believe the same man is responsible in both cases.
