Forty-six-year-old Lance Mason is in jail in suburban Shaker Heights. A judge said in court on Monday that Mason must undergo a psychiatric evaluation before he can post bond, which was set at $65,000.

Mason is accused of injuring 41-year-old Aisha Mason inside their vehicle on Saturday afternoon. He was arrested a short time later in Cleveland.

Aisha Mason can be heard in a 911 recording telling a dispatcher that her husband had thrown her out of a car and had driven off with their two daughters.

Lance Mason's attorney couldn't be immediately reached for comment.
