DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — A jury has found two men not guilty of the shooting deaths of two other men during a melee outside a notorious southwest Ohio nightclub last year.
The jury in Dayton on Wednesday exonerated 21-year-old Korwyn Moore and 26-year-old Michael Hall in the fatal shootings on May 11 at the now-closed Heat Night Club in the Dayton suburb of Huber Heights.
The victims were a 20-year-old man and a 25-year-old man.
The Dayton Daily News (http://bit.ly/1j6sGx1 ) reports that the suspects were tied to the shootings through witness accounts. But defense attorneys argued that it too dark for witnesses to clearly identify them, and there wasn't enough evidence to prove they were responsible.
The shootings occurred during a large fight after a "Rest in Peace" party at the nightclub.
