CINCINNATI (AP) — Cincinnati police say two employees of a Subway chased down a suspect after he allegedly robbed the same restaurant for the third time.
The Subway workers followed and tackled the man after he left the store with cash after the robbery Sunday night. Police arrived and had to use a stun gun to subdue him.
Police said the man was armed with a pellet gun that he used to rob the Subway two other times last month. He's also suspected of holding up a Little Caesars pizza place.
The Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/1ellbl0 ) reports that 30-year-old Daniel Dezearn was booked into the Hamilton County jail on Sunday night. He was scheduled to make a court appearance Monday. Online records had no attorney information for him.
