SANDUSKY, Ohio (AP) — Twins who started working as nurses on the same day at a hospital in Ohio nearly 40 years ago retired on the same day as well.
Sherry Espisito and Terry Payne say it was only right that they walk out for their last day together.
The twins attended nursing school together and then started work on July 15, 1974.
Terry worked in obstetrics and Sherry was a surgery floor nurse at Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky.
They retired near the end of November.
Both tell the Sandusky Register (http://bit.ly/1lJUwnR ) that they're looking to spending their retirement shopping — with each other of course.
