CINCINNATI (AP) — A 24-year-old man accused of fatally shooting a 14-year-old boy on a Cincinnati street last week is due in court.
The Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/1eDFv2r ) reports that Julius White was booked into jail Saturday on a charge of aggravated murder. He was scheduled to face a judge Monday.
Court records say he is accused of killing Dwayne Lewis during a "kidnapping offense" on Tuesday. Police have not discussed a motive or other details of the attack.
The body of the ninth-grader was found in the street, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
White was being held without bond. Jail records did not list an attorney for him.
