LEBANON, Ohio (AP) — A grand jury in southwest Ohio has indicted a 19-year-old man on charges of causing a crash that killed two people in June.
The Warren County indictment charges 19-year-old Nicholas Powers with passing out while driving after inhaling dusting spray to get high. The subsequent crash in Middletown killed 69-year-old Glenn Pugh and his wife, 64-year-old Elaine Pugh.
The Dayton Daily News (http://bit.ly/16vygqu ) reports that Powers is charged with multiple counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle under the influence, abusing harmful intoxicants and failure to stop after an accident.
He could face up to 18 years in prison if convicted of all the charges. Attorney information for him wasn't immediately available.
