DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Authorities say a southwest Ohio man has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of children for producing sexually explicit videos of children he baby-sat and offering to trade the videos online.
Prosecutors say 41-year-old Kevin Todd, of Ludlow, pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court in Dayton. He would spend at least 20 years and up to 25 years in prison under the proposed agreement.
Authorities say an undercover investigator responded to an ad Todd posted online in November 2012 seeking people looking for "taboo." Authorities say Todd asked the investigator to meet and trade child pornography videos and photos. Todd was arrested Nov. 24.
Investigators say he produced videos of underage girls between August 2010 and November 2012.
A message was left for Todd's attorney.
