SPRINGFIELD —Troopers of the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol have charged a Springfield man with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs — his 14th lifetime offense.
Troopers report William T. Newman was arrested about 8:37 p.m. Monday after he was involved in a three-vehicle crash on west Ridgewood Road in Northridge.
Mr. Newman was also cited for assured clear distance ahead and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
The defendant is scheduled to appear at 11 a.m. Thursday in Clark County Municipal Court.
