CCS students compete at ACSI Spelling Bee


Calvary Christian School recently hosted a spelling bee for its students in grades 1-8, and then each grade-level spelling bee champion advanced to the Association of Christian Schools International’s Ohio Valley Spelling Bee in Dayton.

Students who placed at the ASCI competition included: third-grader Gabriel Salmonowicz, sixth place; second-grader Jacob Palmer, sixth; first-grader Marina Fox, sixth; sixth-grader Garrett Reinhard, sixth; eighth-grader Jonathan Salmonowicz, sixth; seventh-grader Samara Green, fifth; fourth-grader Isaac Reinhard, seventh; fifth-grader Ella Studebaker, eighth.
