Sharing culture

Japanese Culture students from Benjamin Logan High School recently visited Green Hills Community and Logan Acres Center to share what they had learned about "Confucianism." In Japan, there is a national holiday to show respect to senior citizens during the month of September. During the presentation, the students appeared in kimonos and read  letters to the elderly. They also presented the origami-made cubes that they made in class and demonstrated how to play Kendama, a Japanese traditional toy.
