Tri-County Community Action hosted its summer youth event Wednesday at Southview Park, featuring a variety of activities. Free lunches and snacks were served to approximately 180 area children, and other games and prizes were offered by a number of community agencies and organizations. Nancy Harmon of Mary Rutan Hospital handed out seeds for children to plant at home, while the Pajama Program provided books to children and PNC Bank offered piggy banks.
