Haitian girls to receive dresses

CCS Haiti project

Calvary Christian Middle School girls, under the direction Linda Kerns, recently made 25 dresses out of pillow cases to benefit young girls in Haiti.
Some of the sundresses were made by tie-dying pillowcases and other dresses were created from different fabrics. The dresses will be sent with a CCS family of Trish Kratz when they go on their mission trip this month to Haiti.
Participants included Sami Green, Mallary Caudill, Jade Schottelkotte, Breanne Heath, Audrey Slemmons, Brit’ni Brown, Mia Printz, Carrie Robb, Amanda Koons, Katie Thompson, Mallary Leach and Amber Stahler.
The initiative represents the service projects that are required of CCS students.
