A vehicle emerges from a cloud of steam on Rush Avenue as crews from Insituform Technologies LLC line sewer mains in the area on Wednesday. A boiler in the truck is used to heat up polyurethane material which is applied to the walls of existing sewer lines. The crews have been working off and on in Bellefontaine for several months.
