‘Psycho’ for candy

West Liberty residents Penny and Andy Higgins put their theatrical talents to use Wednesday evening during trick-ortreat in the village, when they acted out the shower scene from Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho in the parking lot of C&R Pharmacy, 204 S.
