Hereafter, Director Diana Gamble said, absentee ballots will be sent daily as applications are received. Absentee voter ballots are available at the election board office, 225 S. Main St., or call 599-7255 for an application to vote by mail. Ballots must be returned to the board office by 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6 to be counted. The deadline to register to vote is Oct. 9. The office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 225 S. Main St., and will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 9.
