Driver cited following crash

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office cited Toby Paschal, 28, of 525 E. Brown St., Bellefontaine, for failure to yield the right of way following a two-car crash at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday at state routes 235 and 47.
