William L. Forster, 62, of Marion, was cited for failing to yield right of way at a crosswalk after his pickup truck hit Anthony J. Sims, 21, of Bellefontaine, around 6 a.m. Tuesday at Main Street and Grove Avenue.

Defendant pleads guilty to sex crimes

A Bellefontaine man pleaded guilty this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court to two sex crimes committed against a young girl, and Judge Mark S. O’Connor sentenced another defendant two two years’ prison for drug-related crimes.

$60K energy efficiency rebate awarded to BCS
