Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Quincy area man on arson charges Tuesday afternoon related to several fires in the Quincy area, including a fire at his own residence.

Lamb’s sentencing in federal court on hold as judge considers request

Railroad crossing reopened


The CSX railroad crossing on County Road 32 between State Route 47 and County Road 11 has reopened after being closed temporarily, the Logan County Sheriff's Office reported.

The road was closed because a train was stopped blocking the intersection, dispatchers report.
