UPDATE: Teen lodged after high-speed chase, crash

Trey Stahler, 15, of 401 Dodge Ave., was charged Sunday with delinquency counts of theft of a motor vehicle and was cited for failure to comply with a police order, stop sign violations, reckless operation, speed and no operator’s license.
