Marion resident charged with felony theft, attempted escape

Jason R. Collins, 37, of Marion, was charged with felony counts of theft of a motor vehicle, attempted escape and vandalism, along with misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and criminal damage following an incident Saturday.
