Hale, 31, and Jerry Lee Okie Nelson II, 33, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of drug paraphernalia after responding Saturday about 7 p.m. to their 139 Shady Lane, Russells Point, home.
