Argument results in domestic violence arrest

Eric L. Smith, 33, of 1036 Heritage Court, was charged Wednesday with domestic violence, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia. Around 11:15 a.m., officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were dispatched to the area and located Amber R. Garner, of the same address. She told officers the suspect punched her in the head and shoved her to the ground after an argument turned physical.
