Women walk out with TV

Personnel at Wal-Mart, 2281 S. Main St., reported at 4:50 p.m. Friday two women loaded a 50-inch television set valued at nearly $900 onto a cart before one split off to go to a vehicle while the other pushed the loaded cart out of the store without paying for the item.

Honda fined $70M for not reporting death, injury complaints

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration said Thursday it is fining Honda $70 million — the largest civil penalty levied against an automaker — for not reporting to regulators some 1,729 complaints that its vehicles caused deaths and injuries, and for not reporting warranty claims.
