UPDATE: Troopers release final details on hit-and-run crashes

The woman who struck a motorcyclist lying on the roadway after the first of several hit-and-run crashes Saturday night remained at the scene and will not be charged with any offenses, troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reported.
