Teen arrested for vehicle theft

URBANA (AP) — Sheldon L. Pack, 18, of Urbana, was arrested Wednesday evening and charged with theft of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving without a license and failure to control following an incident at 11:39 p.m. on U.S. Route 68, observed by a Union County deputy. The vehicle was traveling left of center and swerving in its lane of travel.
