One injured

US33 crash

Mahaley Durbin, 19, of Celina, was injured Friday when her westbound car, foreground, was hit by an eastbound car turning left onto State Route 366 at U.S. Route 33 and Lincoln Boulevard around 2:15 p.m. Friday. An Indian Lake squad transported her to Mary Rutan Hospital after she complained of back and neck pain, officers of the Washington Township Police Department report. Damage was heavy to the vehicles. The other motorist, Donna Powers, 86, of Russells Point, was cited for failure to yield. The Indian Joint Fire District and Russells Point Police assisted at the scene. (PHOTO | SUBMITTED)

Man lodged for drug trafficking after overdose incident

Alexis J. Stewart, 34, of 108 Walnut St., Quincy, was charged with drug trafficking and corrupting another with drugs following an overdose incident Saturday afternoon.
