Jodi Speidel, 45, of 225 W. High Ave., was charged with persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after two incidents inside and outside her residence between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Saturday. She was lodged in the Logan County Jail, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report.
