Nancy Rapp, 63, of Huntsville, was transported by Bellefontaine Fire and EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in a crash Wednesday evening. 


Lima shelter picks up other half of adoption fees


Adoption fees are going to the dogs — and cats — with an outpouring of support for the Top of Ohio Pet Shelter coming from all directions. The most recent being an offer from a private Lima-area shelter that will make adoptions free during the Paws N Claws Skate & Adoption Day fundraiser from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 15, at Indian Lake Rollarena, Russells Point.
