Retired Shelby County deputy charged with soliciting a prostitute

SIDNEY — A retired Shelby County Sheriff’s Office deputy was arrested Tuesday for soliciting a prostitute, a third-degree misdemeanor, and possession of criminal tools, a first-degree misdemeanor, following a lengthy investigation, according to a release from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
